Shipping Policy

Where we deliver

Suvcraft ships across India. International shipping is on the roadmap but not yet available.

How long it takes

• Metro pincodes — typically 3–5 working days from dispatch.
• Non-metro pincodes — typically 5–7 working days.
• Remote areas — up to 10 working days, occasionally longer for serviceability reasons.

The exact estimate for your pincode is shown on the product page and again on the checkout summary.

Delivery charges

Standard delivery is free above the threshold shown on the product page. Below that, a flat shipping fee is added at checkout and is always shown before you pay. Cash on Delivery (where available) may carry a small handling fee that's also shown upfront.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll get an email and an in-app update with the tracking link. You can also tap Track order from your My Orders page at any time.

Failed or delayed delivery

• If the courier couldn't reach you (wrong address, nobody home, etc.), they'll usually re-attempt the next working day.
• After 3 failed attempts the order is returned to us — we'll then refund the original payment method automatically.
• For weather or strike-related delays, we'll keep you posted via your order page.

Damaged or wrong items

If your package arrives damaged or the wrong item was delivered, raise a return request from the order page within 48 hours of delivery and we'll arrange a free pickup.
